The US Navy has turned USS EMORY S. LAND over to MSC
To be crewed by civilians while a Navy Captain remains in command - and Navy Technicians supply the support to "Tended Units".

USS FRANK CABLE is scheduled to be turned over to MSC sometime this year (2009)
Cable will be operated the same way, making three US Navy ships turned over to MSC and operated with "Hybrid" crews.
